ArcelorMittal acquires 80% of US-based Voestalpine’s HBI plant

ArcelorMittal has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in Voestalpine's Hot Briquetted Iron ("HBI") plant, located in Corpus Christi, Texas.
