Aluminum quotations continue to strengthen, a situation due to currently unsustainable delivery times and costs. Despite this, prices are approaching a fundamental psychological level of $2300/ton. A lot of volatility will be created at these prices. Indicators on a daily basis show a negative divergence from prices (the ascent seems to slow down in the short term). Therefore, first corrections are not excluded, at least for a few weeks.
